The Steps start from After the Creation of the Event.

For Android
Social Settings

• Tap on Start Event
• Tap on Gear Icon beside your desired social media platform
  • Enter Video Title / Description
  • Change your privacy settings
  • Tap on Save
• Tap on Connect
• If you select Facebook you can select where you want to broadcast (Timeline/ Page)
  • Connect
• Change your Privacy settings by tapping on Freedocast

Change your Device Settings

• Tap on Box Settings on the bottom left of the screen
• Tap on any setting you want to change
  • Box Quality lets you change Video resolution / Audio Settings etc.,
  • Social Settings let you change your Connection Status in the available social media platforms
  • Tap on Device Info to Check the Device Information
  • Go Back
• Tap on Go Live

For iOS

• Tap on Gear icon on the Top left corner of the screen
• Follow the steps under Change your Device Settings of Android to change Box Quality, Video Resolution, Social Settings etc.,
• Go Back
• Tap on Start Event
• Follow the instructions given under Android Social Settings.

INTRODUCTION: Freedocast device primary purpose is to enable live broadcasts on multiple social media accounts, going live on Facebook, Twitter and periscope and YouTube. Below is listed step by step how to create events and live broadcast on YouTube, Facebook, periscope and twitter.

 

HOW TO FOR ANDROID AND IOS

 

1. Connect the device to a camera using the HDMI IN

2. Input a microphone for better sound quality

3. Open up the freedocast app and connect the device to it

4. Now is time for event selection, if the event isn't already created you can create it.

5. Go to freedocast app and log in to It, then select settings page and then go to the multiple platforms page and ensure that all the platforms are selected Facebook live, Twitter live, periscope live and twitter live, then log into the respective accounts and allow the necessary permissions for access.

6. Go live on all the platforms.

However, many android users are faced with the challenge of registering and creating accounts for their Freedocast devices. Worry no more because I am going to take you through easy steps on how you can register and create an account for your device.

 

First login to your account if you have one but if you do not have an account follow the following steps to create one.

1.Create account: This is an easy step. Just fill in your personal details.

2.Mobile number: At some point you will need to enter your mobile number.Some verification codes will be sent to you. Enter those codes and tap continue.

3. Create a password: Create the account password for security reasons. Remember to tap next after this step.

4. Email verification: After creating your account password, click verify now. This process will send four verification code to your email. Enter this four codes and tap verify. Your account is now fully created.

 

The next step is to connect your Freedocast live streaming device with your account which you have already created.

 

1. Tap on the menu and select device management.

2. Click on add new devices.

3. Enter the box ID printed on the back of your live streaming device then tap next.

4. Name your device and tap next.

5. It is going to display your pairing ID which you will copy and paste it to live broadcasting platforms while connecting your devices.
